Discovery: While taking requirements, restrictions and security measures into consideration developed primary user workflows and primary structural features.Helped product team define responsive interactive behavior guidelines. Conducted user flow workshops and attended client meetings at the NTIA Federal offices. Was required to get a Public Trust Background Check.

WorkFlows & Calls to Action: Helped product manager and business analysts determine feature prioritization, alert notification behavior flows, and calls to action. Created full flow of primary use case mockups.

Responsive Design Foundation Design: Created conceptual responsive design mockup and style guide. Collaborated with engineering teams to translate design decisions to a government design toolkit templates.
