Cambridge Associates, LLC: Research Strategy & Design
- Solution:Provide stategy and visual solutions as part of internal UX team
Hired as a senior UI designer until the role transitioned to UX research and analytics as the Product teams expanded. I worked on various projects all targeting a user centric experience for our clients.
The objective of the redesign was to explore options to combine four decades old legacy products into a single seamless experience.
Our first object in the discovery phase was to conduct a ROT (Repeat, Outdated, and Trivial) content audit. While applying interviews, user testing and surveys we were able to determine which data sets and information architecture would be required, while observing use and activity amongst the features.
Developed a data analytics strategy to target specific areas of interest based on user personas and use cases to help provide insight in user activity used to determine feature asset and business value.
Conducted in-depth interviews and research with new employees, associates and upper management to determine user personas and use case. Also incorporated user testing findings to monthly reports to support analytics strategy.
Worked with various organizations such as Marketing and Recruiting to help translate and maintain consistency throughout the organization.
Managed interns and worked with UX team to create design standards, consistency and a sustainable design system.
